We only introduce you to experienced, professional service providers who have an enhanced DBS and the necessary training to meet the standards set by CQC for care workers.

Once we’ve identified potential matches, we’ll arrange a free introduction meeting where you can meet the service provider, ask questions, and discuss their experience. We believe this personalised approach ensures you receive the best possible care.

It’s really simple! Start by contacting us to let us know you’re interested in becoming a registered P.A. We’ll arrange a convenient time to meet you for a chat and learn more about you. If both parties are happy, you’ll be able to register with us. Once registered, we’ll reach out whenever a suitable package of care becomes available.

We require all P.A.s to have:

• Experience in care or support.
• All mandatory training. (If needed, we can provide this for you.)
• An enhanced DBS. (We can facilitate this at your cost, usually £50.)
• Public liability insurance, which can often be sourced for a small monthly fee.

It is absolutely free to register with Here 4 You. However, please note that P.A.s working with us will collaborate with our partner company, Langham O’Hea, which charges a small monthly fee for administrative and support services. This ensures smooth operations, from invoicing to ongoing guidance and training, so you can focus on delivering quality care.

While we may not be able to provide full-time hours immediately, new opportunities arise as more individuals come to us seeking care. If you're a good match, we’ll offer you as much work as possible.

For those starting out as a self-employed P.A., we recommend working as a bank worker for an agency or company initially. This allows you to keep a steady income while building up your self-employed hours. Over time, as more work becomes available, you could transition to being a full-time, self-employed P.A. earning anywhere from £15–£20 per hour.

The answer is simple: we believe in valuing care workers and ensuring they are fairly compensated. Care companies often take a large portion of revenue as profit, leaving care workers undervalued. Instead, through our partner company, Langham O’Hea, only a small service fee is charged to cover sourcing and administrative support. This allows P.A.s to keep the majority of what they earn, ensuring they receive fair pay for their hard work.
