We exist to challenge the conventional, overly corporate model of care, providing a fresh alternative that prioritises the well-being of both Personal Assistants (P.A.s) and those they support.

We are an introduction service, connecting self-employed P.A.s with clients in a way that fosters independence and mutual respect. We offer guidance, support, and a platform for P.A.s to thrive as their own bosses, allowing them to deliver truly personalised care.

Better for Everyone

Care shouldn't come at the cost of quality or compassion. By removing traditional care providers as intermediaries, we ensure that both P.A.s and clients benefit – higher earnings for P.A.s and affordable, high-quality care for clients.

Community and Support

Here 4 You is more than a service – it’s a community. We provide ongoing training, resources, and advice to help P.A.s develop their skills, grow their businesses, and succeed in the care sector.

A Solution for Retention

By creating a pathway for skilled care workers to remain in the sector without sacrificing their passion or autonomy, we’re addressing the care sector’s crisis in retaining good staff. Our approach keeps the best people where they’re needed most – in care.

A Voluntary Standard of Excellence

We uphold and mirror the values of regulatory bodies such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC). All our P.A.s are required to have current DBS checks, mandatory training, and professional standards that align with CQC principles. While our model is non-regulated, we strongly believe that regulation should focus on maintaining high standards rather than limiting innovation.

A Vision for the Future

The current care system is fractured, prioritising numbers over people and forcing some of the best caregivers to leave the profession altogether. Here 4 You offers an alternative. We aim to work collaboratively with local authorities and regulatory bodies, encouraging them to embrace our model as a viable and ethical way to address staffing shortages while maintaining excellent care standards.
